Terms of Service

Effective 3 November 2026. SMEPro Technologies ("we", "us") for Ricorsa (the "Service").

1. The Service

Ricorsa is a workspace where you describe what you need and Ricorsa plans and carries out the work through AI models, data providers, connected services and a remote browser, then returns the result with a receipt. Features vary by plan; the current plans and fuel pricing are shown inside the Service.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials private. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement.

3. Fuel, subscriptions and refunds

Usage is metered in fuel. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled from inside the Service; unused subscription fuel does not roll over unless the plan says so. Purchased fuel is non-refundable once consumed. Where the law gives you non-waivable refund rights, those apply.

4. Your content and your keys

You keep ownership of what you upload and what the Service produces for you. Provider credentials you add to a workspace are sealed and used only to execute your requests; they are never shown to a model, a browser session or another workspace. You are responsible for having the right to use any data source or credential you connect.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, to violate a third party's terms (including sign-in walls, rate limits or anti-automation measures of other sites), to send unsolicited messages, to build or verify contact data you have no lawful basis to process, or to attempt to extract other customers' data. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. AI output

Deliverables are produced by AI systems and third-party data providers. We score and repair them against our quality standards, but they can still be wrong. Review anything you rely on, especially legal, financial, medical or safety-related output.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and will tell you about material changes. We may change or retire features; where a change materially reduces a paid plan we will offer a proportionate remedy.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
