Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Account: the name, e-mail address and profile picture our identity service returns when you sign in, and your plan and billing status. Payments are handled by our payment processors; card numbers never touch Ricorsa.
- Your work: the messages, files and connections in your workspace, the deliverables produced for you, and a receipt for every action (who, what, when, which provider, what it cost).
- Technical: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) kept for security and reliability.
How we use it
To run the Service for you: resolve your identity and plan, execute your requests through the models and providers you choose, meter usage, prevent abuse and support you. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your workspace content to train models.
Who sees it
Your request text and the material it needs are sent to the AI model or data provider that carries out each step. Only what that step needs is sent, and never your provider credentials, which are sealed per workspace. Infrastructure runs on Cloudflare; sign-in runs on our identity service; payments on Finix or PayPal. Each processes data under its own agreement with us.
Cookies
Ricorsa sets a signed session cookie so you stay signed in (14 days) and a short-lived cookie during sign-in. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention and your rights
Workspace content stays until you delete it or close your account; receipts are kept for the period required for billing and audit. You can export or delete your data from inside the Service or by e-mailing us. Depending on where you live you may have rights of access, correction, deletion and portability; write to support@smeprotech.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Sealed credentials are encrypted with a per-workspace key. Access to production systems is limited to the people who operate the Service.
